The VU office of Scott Air Base was an excellent experience. They were friendly, informative, timely, and just great customer service. We closed on time without any delays. I highly recommend their branch. (We've used other VU offices and this one far outranks them.)

Scott Davis and Kurt Lofton were very helpful and informative. They were great. The underwriting process was very stressful. It seemed like the underwriters wanted more and more documents. The whole process ran right to the closing date which caused a lot of stress and anxiety.
I was searching for a VA loan and saw the ad for veterans united. My friends nephew used VU when he relocated back to North Carolina. I would recommend to anyone to call Veterans United first. Again, I can’t say enough good things about my loan team and everyone at Veterans United. Extremely helpful from start to finish.

After schedulingb a closing day Veterans United informed me that they didn't know that i was closing on that day and cost me a days vacation with even an apology
