As a first time buyer, I wish more was explained. Like when the estimated loan contract was consistently changing, no one let me know why.

Called at 8:30, had approved at 11:30 for 150000. Closed on 12 March no problem.
Incredibly responsive. On the ball. Checklists and “to do” tasks are very clear and oh so helpful. User portal is the way to go. Most user friendly interface I’ve seen.
