We are very grateful for Trish Cole! She came in at time where everyone else we had tried had failed us. Therefore, we were really apprehensive about trying another company but once we met Trish she eased our fears. My husband is a retired Army Soldier, who suffers from P.T.S.D. and just about any episode can set him off. However, everything about our home buying process went smoothly. I love the fact that you have a secure portal to place all of your documents in versus putting it in an email. This is what sets Veterans United apart from the rest. Thank you Trish for assisting us with the purchase of our lifetime!
Very unorganized, could never get updates or answers about anything in a timely manner. Loan coordinators would only bring up problems the day before they need to be done even after telling us for weeks that nothing needed to be done. One of our loan coordinators would only respond to emails once every couple of days to important questions or information. Went under contract in June and didnt close until the middle of November due to deed issues with the house. Veterans United needed more documentation but would not actually tell us what they needed and lied several times about when they would be obtaining the information so we could get everything done. The Realtor they paired us with was very unresponsive and ignored requests for showings and never actually helped us with anything in any way so we decided to not work with a realtor at all. Overall pretty terrible experience across the board without really any positives other than finally being able to close on the home.

Veterans United made the home buying process for us first time home buyers very easy! They helped us with everything along the way, including setting us up with a realtor in the area we were looking in! They stayed on top of everything and made sure that we were prepared for everything along the way! I love how everything can be done online, the to-do list made things so much easier for me, being able to see what still needs to be done and what has been completed in such a user-friendly fashion. I don’t have any other company to compare them to, but we had such a great experience that I’m sure if we ever buy another home, Veteran’s United will have our business again!
Sam and his team were with me every step of the way, helpful to a t, and checked in often. I appreciate that the VU experience continues to be top notch. Jason Crone and Ashley Fuller were great to work with! They were very attentive and patient with my questions and always answered quickly, which meant a lot to my wife and I because home buying is pretty stressful. Jason also locked us into a lower interest rate just before an increase.VU’s site makes uploading your documents painless and the portal lets you know when they’ve been processed. The “To Do” list also made it easy to grasp what needed to be done to get our loan approved quickly. I can’t think of a way to make that process easier.
