I still am in awe of how smooth the process was through VA United. I couldn't have had a better team working with me! I really did not know what to expect and feel as I got blindsided with emotions. The reassurance and constant communication from the beginning eased most of that tension. Once the process started moving along I got more confident in my choice. I was a bit skeptical of some work history, health related related situations on my end that would have impacted negatively - which did not be the case in the end. Having a chance to not only obtain permanent housing for myself, I did with the hardwork accomplished to get there. I hope every Veteran that is serious about owning a home get the chance to do so. Travis ward was our loan specialist. He did absolutly more then we could ever have asked for he helped us understand what was going on with our loan and we did not have a thousand things to send in for our loan. The whole process went very smooth and quickly we started the process April 13, 2020 and closed May 13, 2020. Fastest home buying ever but worked out perfectly! We love our new home so much!
