Expedite service and very responsive. On the down side I was not explained about options and VA fees. Mostly relied on previous experience with VA Loans.

Kala Booth was amazing and worked hard to make sure we had everything we needed. We even got the VA funding for solar panels that we were told noone has ever seen done. We are very happy with our choice to go local, and choose Vetrans United! We hope that our Mortgage will stay with them.
My experience with Veterans United was Great. The web process for the for processing and submitting documents was very easy. I was kept informed of were the process was at every point and what to expect next and how long it would take. I would recommend Veterans United to any or our great veterans. Or anybody cause they are not for veterans only.
