This was my 6th home I have purchased and Christina and Marty did a fantastic job keeping us updated with all the constant changing document requirements. They were very professional, helpful and customer oriented. Your ability to upload the constant documents to a secure site was so valuable in expediting the forever changing documents. This was the most streamline system I have ever used. Christina and Marty always followed up and kept us updated from the beginning to the completion of the refinance. Could not be happier with the "team"!! They were always there to answer questions and never hesitated in doing so!! They helped schedule things around our moving schedule and it all came off seamlessly!!
Make sure you compare offers from other companies before accepting an offer from any company. What I was at first told could not be done was later done only after informing them a competitor could do what I was asking for saved me thousands. Once that was settled the process was very efficient.
I personally would have liked being presented with all of the options available for the VA funding fee. It would have been nice to have an email with options showing the funding fee rolled into our loan,
Option B with paying 5% and any other options that may be available. I know most will choose the fee being rolled into the loan but, seeing that there are other options just allows for a buyer to be informed.
