I was kept informed of were the process was at every point and what to expect next and how long it would take. I would recommend Veterans United to any or our great veterans. Or anybody cause they are not for veterans only.
This was my 6th home I have purchased and Christina and Marty did a fantastic job keeping us updated with all the constant changing document requirements. They were very professional, helpful and customer oriented. Your ability to upload the constant documents to a secure site was so valuable in expediting the forever changing documents. This was the most streamline system I have ever used. Christina and Marty always followed up and kept us updated from the beginning to the completion of the refinance.
