Marty and his team at Veterans United truly set the bar high for their competition! They kept us informed and quickly responded at every step of the buying process. The team was always professional and explained things in a way that my wife and I understood them the first time! One Saturday, my wife and I were having a conversation and a question came up between us. I told her I would send the question to Marty and we should hear back on Monday. About 15 minutes later, my phone dinged and Marty had responded! I thanked him for responding and told him it could have waited until Monday. Marty told me he knew the answer and didn’t want us to have to wait! Through the whole buying process, they never made us feel like just a customer; we were part of their team! Marty & his team made the loan process for buying our new home a smooth process that was easy to understand. It can be an overwhelming process so having someone who can quickly respond to questions is invaluable. Being able to do everything over our mobile device was extremely convenient. A lot of times not doing things face-to-face takes away from the ‘old-fashioned’ feel of doing business with other locals. However, we did not feel this way working with VU due to the personable team who was always available to answer any questions we had!
