Ashley Brown was phenomenal. I could not be more satisfied with her expertise, experience, communication, and explanations throughout the process. This was my third home purchase but she taught me so much and I felt extraordinarily confident navigating the process with her. This was a challenging purchase in many regards but she kept me at ease through the entire process. I am convinced that no other lender would have assisted me as deftly or confidently as Ashley did. Thank you all so much—including Kala Booth and Renee Young who also did work for me as well. I will be returning to you guys in the future!
Everything went through quickly and took no time to close on the house once we found the one we wanted. Everyone was very efficient, and helpful.
Marty was super knowledgeable and the process was relatively fast! Marty has a calming personality and reassured us along the way. We can’t say enough wonderful things about Marty. Do yourself a favor and use Veterans United! Our only regret was not using them for our previous house we bought!
