Very informative and communication was excellent. They answered any question we had and advice was given when asked. Overall great experience both this time and the last time we used them as well.
Marty was always fast to reply back and have answers to any question I had.
had a great experience with Veterans United. They are incredibly responsive and on top of everything from start to finish. If you need updates, reminders, or next steps, they will absolutely stay on you — but in the nicest, most supportive way possible. 😅Their team makes sure nothing slips through the cracks, and you always know exactly what’s going on in the process. If you want a lender that communicates consistently, follows up relentlessly (in a good way), and genuinely keeps your loan moving forward, they’re it.
It was super simple refinancing our home, way more than I had expected.
There were some delays (mostly on my end but something I would like to advocate for) in terms of getting information as it was sent to just email rather than a text or phone call...Just for future would recommend maybe confirming best contact method. I had an issue with my email notifications which was a huge part of it on my end to. But overall I very much appreciate the teams effort and expertise.
This is my 3rd time working with VU and hands down still the best company I have worked with. It is nice that they understand VA loans and I don’t have to explain things to them like I did with other companies.
