There were some delays (mostly on my end but something I would like to advocate for) in terms of getting information as it was sent to just email rather than a text or phone call...Just for future would recommend maybe confirming best contact method. I had an issue with my email notifications which was a huge part of it on my end to. But overall I very much appreciate the teams effort and expertise.
This is my 3rd time working with VU and hands down still the best company I have worked with. It is nice that they understand VA loans and I don’t have to explain things to them like I did with other companies.
Marty and his team are the best to include everyone from veterans united that I was in contact with during this process. They made this the easiest home buying experience I have ever had. They were very proactive and informative throughout! Kala also went above and beyond to ensure that we got everything we were looking for during this process amd she always exceeded our expectations!
Marty and his team are great to work with. I highly recommend them for any mortgage or refinance business.
Kala Booth was my loan agent. She was excellent. She was on top of everything. She was a great source for movers, insurance, etc. The checklist and to-do list were great tools.
Veteran’s United did an exceptional job in processing my refinancing request. I could not ask an organization to have performed better.
Our application had several items that required extra consideration, however the team worked through them and we were able to purchase the home. We appreciate everything the team did to help us.
