Everyone involved in the refinance of my home was very professional. I have referred others to use Veterans United and they have and are also very happy with the results. Thank you very much.
Kala Booth was awesome to work with. She was very responsive and knowledgeable and helped make the process easy and stress free. Thank you!
Marty was really just a figure head. Kala assisted us and she was super responsive. As a whole, the team took a reactive approach to customer service. I would have preferred a more personable, proactive approach, coaching me through the documentation.
Expedite service and very responsive. On the down side I was not explained about options and VA fees. Mostly relied on previous experience with VA Loans.
