The steps that are necessary to accomplish are laid out and clear to the borrower.
Other services are offered, but never pushed. We took advantage of the homeowners insurance that was offered because the product was explained clearly and was actually at a better price than what I received while comparing quotes.

The team I had was great and very helpful and informative. Only main issues I had were mostly with bugs with the app or a few things overlooked that I had to explain. But nothing that hindered my experience to much
