Very helpful navigating the obstacles of VA loans. Always kept me informed and the portal just made things so much easier.


The loan team dropped the ball more than once. Communication was poor, I had to constantly chase people down for information and to get them to follow through. Very disappointing our second go around was so bad as our first one was great.

Everything went smoothly. I would only suggest that the underwriting team review all the documents well in advance to catch mistakes or needed information before the two day requirement for closing. That way the closing date doesn't have to be extended.
