Having used many mortgage companies this was by far the hardest and most frustrating experience I have ever had. The endless request for paperwork that should have been asked for from the beginning. Asking for paperwork when the received page 1 then asking for page 2 2 1/2 weeks later. Having to obtain paperwork from the military that after multiple phone calls to the military, we were told it was actually VA united job to obtain what they were requesting.
Of the five closings I’ve been involved in, Matt’s team was by far the most efficient and professional. Closed in eight business days!
