The notary company had me sign differently then my normal signature which was odd, otherwise everything was well prepared and thought through.
Some people are learey of real estate agencies and asking questions. First time buyers as well as buyers who haven’t bought or sold in years need someone on their side during this process. You team can do that. Congratulations !
