You were all exceptional in helping us to obtain a home! I would like to say, though, that the inspector you used should not be used by you any more. This house has rotted and moldy window sills (windows are degraded and will require almost immediate replacement) and walls. We have to replace floor boards that are rotted and sagging, there is exposed wiring and so much standing water around the house and most of the property.
We did not think after spending $182,000.00 that we would have to come up with money to make this a safe home for my parents. All of this led to my dad being hospitalized for 2 days with heart issues due to the stress.
